Our story
Coleman Property Advisors is a Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch-based luxury real estate practice serving the Gulf Coast's most established neighborhoods — from the historic streets of downtown to the waterfront estates of Bird Key, Lido, Longboat, and Siesta Key, and the planned communities of Lakewood Ranch.
We work with a small number of clients at a time. That focus is deliberate. It allows us to be reachable, to know each property intimately, and to advise honestly — even when honesty means counseling patience or a different direction entirely.
As active members of the Multiple Listing Service, we have full access to every property on the Sarasota market, including pre-market and off-market opportunities surfaced through our network.
